About this collection
When designing private executive offices, we prioritize a balance between seclusion and connectivity. For instance, the custom, handle-free walnut storage units featured in our RINAC HQ project provide significant organizational capacity without visual clutter, maintaining a minimalist workspace while offering essential utility for senior leadership.
Our Approach to Executive Interiors
Executive offices require a unique approach where functionality meets high-end aesthetics. We move beyond standard office configurations to create environments that facilitate both deep work and confidential meetings. Our process involves selecting materials that convey permanence and quality, such as natural walnut veneers, leather-finish granites, and brushed metal accents.
Materiality and Lighting
We focus on tactile, durable finishes. In our corporate projects, we often incorporate fluted wood paneling and integrated storage to hide the complexity of modern office requirements. Lighting is another critical layer. Instead of uniform grid lighting, we utilize recessed profiles and task-specific lamps to define zones within the office, separating the primary desk area from informal meeting corners.
Functional Privacy
Modern executive design is not about closing off leadership from the team. We use floor-to-ceiling glass partitions with black powder-coated frames to maintain visual transparency and natural light flow, while ensuring the acoustic separation needed for private discussions. By integrating ergonomic seating and clean-lined furniture, we ensure the office remains a productive environment throughout the workday.
