Fun Baking Workshops for Little Chefs

I keep the batch sizes small so every child gets hands-on time with piping nozzles and mixing bowls. They don't just watch me; they actively bake cupcakes, cakesicles, or dessert jars from scratch. By the time they leave, they have gained the confidence to handle kitchen tools, and they get to take home a box of everything they have decorated themselves.

Building Confidence Through Baking

For kids, baking is more than just making sweets; it is chemistry, math, and art rolled into one. In my Goregaon West studio, I focus on the basics of kitchen hygiene and tool safety before we even touch the oven. Whether they are five or fifteen, I walk them through measuring ingredients and mixing, ensuring they feel like real chefs in their own right.

What’s Included in the Session

Everything is 100% eggless and vegetarian, tailored for young hands. During the workshop, children learn:

• Measuring & Mixing: Understanding how to use simple ingredients to create consistent batters.
• Decoration Skills: Hands-on practice with chocolate dipping, sprinkles, and simple piping techniques.
• Tool Safety: Safe use of mixing bowls, whisks, and spatulas.

I provide all the supplies, including kid-sized aprons and premium ingredients. Small batch sizes are a priority here so I can give individual attention to each child, ensuring they understand the process rather than just following steps. It is a proud moment for them to earn their certificate at the end of the day, but it is an even bigger win when they realize they can make something delicious all by themselves.
