Studio Production
- Time & Crew: 3 to 4 hours of studio time with 1 Creative Director/DOP and 1 Studio Assistant.
- Equipment: 4K Sony Alpha series camera setup with Godox LA200D lighting and optical snoots for precise effects.
- Styling: Professional product styling including use of specialized rigs (Lazy Susan, pouring rigs).
Post-Production
- Editing: Fast paced edits with color grading for product accuracy.
- Audio: Syncing of trending or licensed audio and SFX.
- Output: 1 High Res Vertical Video (9:16), 15 to 30 seconds.
E-commerce Catalog Video
Visual Setup
- Background: Choice of solid color (White/Grey/Brand Color) or clean textured surface (marble/wood) from in house inventory.
- Lighting: High key, shadow softened setup for maximum detail visibility.
Shoot Specifics
- Angles: Standard catalog coverage including full product view (static or turntable) and macro texture close ups.
- Styling: Minimalist approach focusing strictly on packaging or item features without complex props.
Technical Deliverables
- Format: Square (1:1) or Vertical (9:16) MP4 file.
- Duration: 10 to 15 second loopable clip.
- Editing: Basic cuts, color correction, and logo watermark addition.
On-Location Hospitality Shoot
On-Site Production
- Duration: Up to 5 hours at client location (Restaurant, Cafe, or Outdoor) within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
- Crew: 1 Lead Videographer/Stylist and 1 Lighting/Camera Assistant.
- Scope: Coverage of interiors/ambiance, making of shots (plating/pouring), and lifestyle interaction.
- Equipment: Portable lighting setup to enhance natural ambiance.
Post-Production Bundle
- Hero Film: 1 Cinematic Highlight Reel (30 to 60 seconds) showcasing overall vibe.

Capturing a brand’s vibe on video is my thing. I’m Archana - photographer, stylist, and mostly, a storyteller who loves creating videos that actually feel real and help your brand stand out.
What I Bring To The Table

- I’m obsessed with food videography for brands - nothing beats the challenge of making a coffee pour or dessert look drool-worthy.
- Beauty, skincare, footwear and lifestyle brands also keep me busy. I work on restaurant brand storytelling too, from capturing the food to the whole vibe of your space.
How I Work
- First step: I dive into your brief. Mereko lagta hai (I feel) understanding your brand’s story is everything.
- I handle creative product styling myself, from arranging props to setting the scene. My prop rental store means options for backdrops and textures are sorted.
- Shoots happen wherever suits you - studio, restaurant, or on location (mostly Mumbai, but travel’s cool).
- I’m hands-on with a small crew. We use legit gear, but I’m not too fussy about perfection as long as the story feels honest.

Hey, I’m Archana. Been shooting since 2015, and I’m still hooked. I drag my camera everywhere—US, India, Kuwait, even on random trips to Mahabaleshwar. If I’m not shooting, I’m thinking about it.
