Building this business has been an adventure. We often say, 'Business mein malkin banne se pehle, majdoor banna padta hai' (Before you become the boss, you have to be the laborer). We wear all the hats here—we are the owners, the creative directors, the packers, and the content creators. Whether it is sourcing unique elements for a wedding hamper or hand-painting details for a corporate order, we are involved in every step.
Why We Do It
We don't just put items in a box. We think about the person receiving it. When we created a hamper for a client like IBM, it was a massive milestone, but the real joy for us comes from the everyday moments—a bride seeing her trousseau for the first time or a friend receiving a birthday surprise that makes them smile.
Our Process
We focus on custom gift hampers, personalized wedding favours, and corporate gifting. Because we are a small team, we have the flexibility to experiment with themes and budgets that larger agencies might overlook. We handle everything in-house in our Bengaluru workshop, ensuring that the 'Arch' touch is on every item that leaves our door.
