About Our Story & The Process
Every hamper we build starts with the story you bring to us. Whether it is a nani's surprise for her grandchild or a corporate milestone, we do not use pre-set templates. We curate the layout, select the treats, and hand-tie every satin ribbon based on the specific emotion you want to convey, ensuring the gift feels like it was made just for your person.
Our process is rooted in what we call creative chaos. From early morning setups and shifting backdrops to finding that one perfect angle for a photo, a lot of heart goes into the work you see on this page. For us, a hamper is a memory wrapped in love, and that requires time.
Our Approach to Gifting
- The Storytelling Phase: We start by listening. We want to know who the recipient is, what they love, and what the occasion means to you. This is why our hampers feel so personal.
- Practical Meets Pretty: We balance the luxury elements—like imported wafers, luxe desk organizers, or ceramic mugs—with items that are actually useful. We avoid clutter, focusing instead on things that will be used and cherished.
- The Final Polish: Every order is assembled by hand in our Mumbai studio. We check the fairy lights, the ribbons, and the custom notes to ensure everything looks as good as it feels.
