About Group Training Sessions
Our group sessions (25-35 swimmers) focus on active drill work rather than just swimming laps. You will be practicing partner exercises, synchronized kicking, and stroke correction with SAI-certified coaches on deck, which keeps the energy high and ensures you are hitting your technique goals every time you get in the water.
Whether you are training for speed or just getting your technique right, our group batches offer the consistency of a structured, coach-led environment.
What happens in a session?
Each 45-60 minute session follows a set rhythm. We start with warm-ups, move into specific stroke drills (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke), and end with stamina-building sets. We use shared training aids like kickboards, pull buoys, and fins to help isolate specific movements, so you can correct your form while you swim.
Why train in a group?
It is about motivation and safety. You are not swimming alone; you are surrounded by peers, which helps you push your limits. Plus, having an instructor on the deck means someone is always watching your form to prevent injury and bad habits.
Our standards
- SAI-Certified Coaching: We do not guess with your technique. Our coaches are trained to help you swim more efficiently.
- No-Bully Policy: We keep the vibe friendly. It does not matter if you are a beginner or an intermediate swimmer; everyone gets their space.
- Flexible Scheduling: Morning batches start at 5 AM, and we run until 10 PM to fit your day.
You can find us at our pools in Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai (Delhi), Sector 15 (Faridabad), and Sector 16A (Noida). Bring your own gear—swimwear, caps, and goggles—and we will handle the rest.
