We teach more than just how to stay afloat. This guide shows the four main swimming strokes we teach in our curriculum: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Our structured program ensures you learn proper technique for an effective workout and lifelong skill.
About Our Swimming Curriculum
We do not skip steps here. Whether you are starting with basic water safety or working on your Butterfly technique, our SAI-certified coaches keep groups small so you get actual correction, not just a lane to swim in. You will start with the fundamentals of breathing and balance before we ever introduce a stroke, ensuring you do not develop bad habits that are hard to fix later.
How We Teach
Swimming is a discipline. We treat it that way, but we keep the environment supportive. Our curriculum is designed to take you from a total beginner to a competent swimmer who understands water safety and movement.
The Four Core Strokes
- Freestyle: This is your foundation. We focus on body rotation and efficient breathing to help you swim longer distances without tiring.
- Backstroke: Perfect for posture and recovering after a hard session. We teach you how to stay flat on the water.
- Breaststroke: A rhythmic, technical stroke that builds stamina and requires precise coordination.
- The Butterfly: The most challenging of the four. We only introduce this once your core and shoulder strength are ready, focusing on the wave motion.
Why Our Approach Works We operate exclusively at Apeejay School campuses in Sheikh Sarai, Faridabad, and Noida. Because our pools are outdoor and semi-olympic sized, you get real space to practice.
We know that learning a new skill can be intimidating. That is why we enforce a strict no-bully zone and maintain small batches. You will not get lost in the crowd. Our instructors are SAI-certified and strictly focused on your form. If you are struggling with a particular movement, we break it down into manageable drills until you get it right. We offer slots from 5 AM to 10 PM, so you can fit your training around your day.
