Our dance sessions are all about letting go, moving with rhythm, and having a blast with friends in a supportive group environment.
Our kids' dance classes are full of energy and fun. In this session, students are learning a popular Bollywood routine, guided by our instructor. We encourage all kids, regardless of experience, to join in, move their bodies, and enjoy the music.
About Dance & Movement
We do not focus on formal, high-pressure examinations in these sessions. Instead, our approach centers on high-energy Bollywood and freestyle routines that get kids moving, laughing, and building confidence. Even if your child has never danced before, they will feel right at home within the first few sessions.

Dance at A One Music Academy is not about rigid syllabus structures or technical perfection. We prioritize energy and expression, helping students gain coordination and confidence. Whether it is a Bollywood chart-topper or a high-energy freestyle routine, the goal is to make sure every student enjoys the process of learning.
Preparing for 'Pehal'
We believe performance is the best way to celebrate progress. Students in our dance and movement groups regularly prepare for our annual 'Pehal' festival. This gives children a goal to work towards and the chance to showcase their moves on a proper stage, which is usually a massive boost for their self-esteem.
What to Expect at Sector 56
Our classes are held in our air-conditioned premises in Sector 56, Gurugram. We keep batch sizes between 10 and 15 children to ensure that our instructors can pay attention to each student, correcting posture and encouraging the shy ones to step into the spotlight.
