We welcomed a team from Schaeffler and their guests from Germany for a culture tour. It is always a pleasure to share the intricacies of Indian puppetry with visitors from around the world.

During a museum tour, I enjoy sharing the stories behind specific puppets and traditions. Here, I am speaking with a group of students about the different styles of puppets in our collection.

About Guided Tours & Cultural Immersion

When you visit our Mandala Cultural Centre, the experience is designed to be immersive, not just a viewing. Our standard 90-minute heritage walk takes you through our puppet museum to see rare shadow and string artifacts, followed by a live demonstration where you can engage with our puppeteers to understand the mechanics and stories behind this traditional art form.
