In our offline 9-week pregnancy and birth programs, we do more than teach techniques. We create a physical space where mothers-in-law, husbands, and expectant moms learn together. We cover everything from deep breathing and pelvic exercises to how to handle newborn care, such as swaddling and bathing. The goal is to bridge the gap between generations so you have a support system at home, not just a doctor on speed dial.

For those joining our 2-day live online Labor Management webinars, the experience is just as interactive. These sessions are designed to be intensive and practical. We focus on the actual mechanics of birth, what to do if labor stalls, how to manage pain using the 'comb method' or movement rather than just waiting, and how your partner can use specific massage and counter-pressure techniques to genuinely help you.

I believe that with the right guidance, every woman can have an empowered experience. We discuss the realities of vaginal births, VBACs, and planned C-sections without judgment. We bust the myths that have been passed down for generations.
