We do not just watch slides in my classes. Whether you join me on Zoom or in our Coimbatore center, we practice. You will do the actual breathing, your partner will learn the counter-pressure massage techniques, and we will break down the hospital protocols so you know exactly when it is time to leave for the delivery room.
Childbirth is often filled with unnecessary fear and myths. My approach focuses on practical preparation that goes beyond theory. In my pregnancy classes, I teach you how to manage labor pain using natural methods like the comb trick, hot water bags, and specific positions to avoid flat-on-your-back labor.
We also focus heavily on the partner. Husbands learn how to provide real physical support through back massages and counter-pressure techniques. This makes the birth a shared experience rather than something you face alone.
If you are in Tirupur or Coimbatore, we meet for our 9-week in-person program. For those further away, my 2-day live online labor workshops offer the same intensity, covering everything from breathing to breastfeeding basics. We cover special situations like gestational diabetes, PCOS, and VBAC preparation. My goal is simple. I want you to walk into the delivery room feeling strong, informed, and ready to trust your body.
