About this collection
When planning your family session, I always tell parents not to worry about perfect poses. The best photos usually happen in the quiet moments between the standard instructions—a toddler’s genuine laugh, a sibling holding a new baby’s hand, or just you and your partner sharing a look. These are the details that matter years later.
Getting a family portrait done should not feel like a chore. That is why my approach is less about stiff, uncomfortable posing and more about letting your family’s natural chemistry take the lead. Whether we are shooting in my Harlur Main Road studio or meeting up at one of the lovely parks around Bengaluru, my goal is to make sure everyone—from the youngest toddler to the grandparents—feels comfortable and relaxed.
I love incorporating props to keep kids engaged, but I find that simply letting them be themselves works best. Siblings are a huge part of the story, too. Those early moments of a brother or sister bonding with a new baby are fleeting, and capturing that connection is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
