Professional Drone Photography & Camera Gear in Gurgaon
Getting the perfect shot requires more than just a good eye; it needs reliable tech and a pilot who knows how to use it. Here is a look at the equipment I use to capture high-angle perspectives across Delhi NCR.
The unboxing of my DJI Air 2S drone. I rely on this incredible piece of technology for all my aerial work because it delivers stable, high-quality video and photos every time.
Investing in professional equipment is essential. Here I am with my new Sony a7R IV camera and G Master lens, which I use for stunningly sharp ground-level photos and portraits.
On a shoot with a colleague. For bigger projects, we often bring multiple drones to capture different angles simultaneously or to have a backup ready to go.
A cool anime-style portrait a friend created for me. It perfectly captures my passion for flying drones and capturing the energy of live events.
Reviewing shots on my camera right after taking them. For me, every detail matters in the process of creating the perfect final image for my clients.
A quick photo of me with my camera. Whether I'm capturing moments from the sky or on the ground, this is what I love to do.
Photography is all about perspective. I am always looking for a new angle or a different way to frame a shot to tell a more compelling story.
Just having some fun with my drone between takes. It's important to be comfortable and creative with your tools, and I definitely love what I do.
A quick hello from me, Ankit. I am the person behind the lens and at the drone controls, and I look forward to working with you.
About The Pilot & The Gear
When you book a shoot with me, you are not just getting a photographer; you are getting the DJI Air 2S which handles 5.4K video, plus my Sony a7R IV for those sharp, high-res ground-level portraits. I am a total gearhead, so keeping my kit updated with fresh lenses, extra batteries, and reliable gimbals is my way of making sure your event footage never looks shaky or dull.
Photography is my passion, but the gear is the engine that keeps it running. Whether I am hovering at 100 feet for a wedding venue establishment or shooting candid portraits on the ground, the choice of equipment defines the output.
My DJI Air 2S is the backbone of my aerial work. I use it for its 5.4K video capabilities and obstacle avoidance sensors, which are crucial when flying over crowded venues or around delicate decor. For ground coverage, my Sony a7R IV with a 24-70mm f/2.8 GM lens is my go-to. The 61MP sensor provides the kind of detail that makes portraits pop, and it handles low light well, which is perfect for evening parties or Sangeet ceremonies in Gurgaon.
Why the right gear matters:
- Reliability: I always carry 4-5 backup batteries for my drone during long events so we don't have to pause for a recharge.
- Perspective: Drone shots add scale. A wide-angle aerial view of a wedding setup gives a perspective that ground-level cameras just cannot catch.
- Crew Support: For big events, I don't work alone. I bring a trusted crew so we can monitor ground action and aerial views simultaneously.
My process is simple: I show up early, set up the gear, and get to work. If you have a specific venue in Delhi NCR with complex lighting or tight spaces, let me know. I have probably flown there, or I will scout it before we start. It is all about 'shukrana'—being grateful for the work and doing it with 100% effort.
