Aerial Cinematography for Luxury Resorts and Heritage Hotels
I fly over India's finest properties to show guests exactly what they are booking. From the vast layouts of Udaipur palaces to coastal island resorts, I capture the scale that ground cameras miss.
A dusk aerial view of the magnificent Raffles Udaipur, a modern palace hotel situated on its own private island. This shot was taken with my DJI Mavic 3 to capture the warm lighting, intricate design, and serene lake setting, perfect for a luxury hotel promo video.
A daytime aerial video of Raffles Udaipur, revealing the grand architecture and manicured gardens. The drone circles the property, showing its relationship to the surrounding lake and offering a comprehensive view for potential guests.
A wide aerial shot of the Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya, Udaipur, nestled in the Aravalli hills. This image captures the resort's expansive layout and its harmonious integration with the natural, rugged landscape.
An even wider establishing shot of the ITC property in Udaipur, showing the resort complex in the context of the surrounding hills and nearby lake. This type of large scale aerial photography is essential for showcasing the location's exclusivity and scale.
A slow aerial reveal of the historic Neemrana Fort-Palace, built into the side of a hill. The drone shot emphasizes the verticality and ancient character of the heritage hotel, with birds circling in the foreground adding to the atmosphere.
Capturing the magical sunset over Alsisar Mahal in Rajasthan. This vertical drone video pans up from the illuminated heritage hotel to reveal a sky painted in incredible shades of pink and purple, a perfect shot for social media.
A top down aerial photograph showcasing the stunning symmetry of the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun. This architectural shot highlights the building's colonial design and the vast, lush greenery that surrounds it.
A top down aerial video of a beautiful coastal resort in Sri Lanka. The drone flies over the property, showing the pools, beachfront access, and the waves of the Indian Ocean crashing on the shore.
About Luxury Resorts & Heritage Hotels
I always recommend scheduling shoots during the Golden Hour. When the sunlight hits a palace facade or a coastal pool at sunrise or sunset, the colors pop in a way that truly sells the property vibe, and that is when I get the shots that make people stop scrolling.
Aerial footage is more than just a wide shot. It is about giving potential guests the context they need to book. For a sprawling resort in the Aravalli hills, you need the height to show the relationship between the villas, the pool, and the landscape. I use the DJI Mavic 3 for that smooth, 5.1K cinematic look that is standard for luxury travel content.
For properties with grand history, like the Raffles Udaipur or Neemrana Fort, I use slow, steady pans to reveal the scale of the structure. For modern, amenity-heavy hotels, I often switch to my FPV drone. This allows me to fly from the lobby entrance through to the pool area, giving viewers an immersive sense of the space that regular cameras cannot touch.
My workflow is simple. I am based in Delhi but I travel across India for assignments. Whether your resort is hidden in a mountain range or sitting on a beach in Goa, I bring my own gear and my own flight plans. I deliver raw, unedited 5.1K or 4K files on-site, so your team has complete control over the final grade and edit. If you need something for social media, we can also chat about my full-service reels packages.
