- Duration: Up to 4 hours of on-site presence during daylight hours.
- Pilot: Lead Pilot operating DJI Mavic 3 Pro.
- Visuals:
- 20-25 High-Resolution Aerial Photographs (HDR, covering all cardinal directions and top-down views).
- 10-12 Raw 4K Video Clips (Orbit shots, Reveal shots, Rising shots, Linear flyovers).
- Focus on exterior façade, terrace/rooftop, and immediate neighborhood context.
Deliverables & Tech Specs
- Photos: Edited JPEGs with basic light and color correction.
- Video: RAW Footage (Log or Standard profile). No stabilization in post, no music, no cuts.
- Delivery: Provided via Cloud Drive link.
- Equipment: 1 x DJI Mavic 3 Series Drone.
- Rights: Usage rights for digital listings and social media.
Cinematic Golden Hour & Night Film
Scope of Work
- Duration: Full day flexibility using a split shift to capture Sunrise and Sunset/Dusk.
- Lighting: Includes Blue Hour and Night Videography to showcase architectural lighting.
- Cinematography:
- Wide angle establishing shots.
- Detail shots of architectural elements (domes, pools, landscaping).
- Smooth gimbal movements (Parallax, Tripod mode).
- Inclusion of nearby landscape context (e.g., lake view, city skyline).
Post-Production & Deliverables
- Final Output: 1 x 60-90 second Cinematic Highlight Film (4K resolution, 16:9 or 9:16 vertical).
- Editing: Professional color grading, transition effects, and royalty-free background music sync.

Immersive FPV Interior-Exterior Tour
Scope of Work
- Technique: First Person View (FPV) Drone piloting flying through narrow gaps, windows, lobbies, and corridors.
- Safety: Includes a dedicated spotter/assistant for indoor flight safety.
- Equipment:
- Ducted FPV drone (Safe for indoors, prevents property damage).
- Action Camera for recording.
- Shots: Continuous flow shots connecting the exterior landscape with interior amenities (Lobby to Pool to Restaurant).
Post-Production & Deliverables
- Stabilization: Advanced ReelSteady/Gyroflow processing for smooth footage.
- Editing: Dynamic speed ramping (speeding up in open spaces, slowing down for details).
- Audio: Sound design included (ambient sounds mixed with upbeat music).
- Output: 1 x High-Energy Tour Video (Up to 2 minutes).
- Requirement: Property must be empty of guests or have controlled crowd management during the shoot.

Why I Love Filming Properties
If I can't bring my drone, I’m not coming. I travel all over India (sometimes even beyond) just to chase that one unbelievable aerial shot. My thing is showing off places from the sky - those angles you just can't get standing on the ground.
What I Do: Real Estate & Architecture from Above
- I shoot aerial property tours for luxury hotels, resorts, commercial sites, and new builds.
- Cinematic hotel videography is my bread and butter, especially for places where the view itself sells the stay. I want everyone to feel that kya view dikha hai (what a view!) moment.
- I use FPV walkthrough video to make fly-throughs look super dynamic, from lobbies to rooftops.

Working Solo or With Teams
Mostly, aakela hi kafi ho (I’m enough on my own) - I handle shoots solo, but I can jump into bigger crews when needed.

My Story
Hey, I’m Ankit. Delhiboy, drone pilot, and a bit of a wanderer. My drone goes everywhere with me—Sri Lanka, Kashmir, Goa, you name it. If my drone isn’t coming, then neither am I, simple. Once even jumped in water for it—madness, I know. Chasing that ‘kya view dikha hai’ (what a view) moment is my thing. Sometimes it’s just me, sky, and faith—Khatu Shyam ji ki yaatra (pilgrimage). Aerial Videography & Photography - I shoot cinematic aerial wedding shots, big events, palace weddings, real estate, and music videos—basically anything beautiful from above.
My Style - I go for grand, dramatic shots—especially nighttime drone event videography with lights, fireworks, and all the action.
My Gear - Mostly fly DJI Mavic 3, Phantom, and my FPV Geprc Cinelog 35 for those wild, fast FPV drone shots India.
