I don't just shoot buildings, I dive through them. My FPV drone tours take you inside, around, and over your property to reveal the architecture from a perspective that static shots just cannot capture.

About Real Estate & Architectural Tours

When I film these tours, I use CineWhoop drones equipped with propeller guards. This means I can safely drift through corridors, zoom past chandeliers, and dive out of windows without scratching a single surface. It is about creating that sensation of flight, where the viewer isn't just watching a video, they are physically floating through the space, experiencing the scale and design flow in one continuous, fluid take.

Static photos are useful, but they rarely tell the whole story of a space. My architectural tours are designed to bridge the gap between design and emotion. By using high-precision, small-form FPV drones, I navigate indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. Imagine a single shot that starts at the entrance, sweeps through the lobby, glides through an open window, and rises high above the rooftop, all in one movement.

I map out every flight path beforehand to ensure absolute safety. For residential high-rises or luxury hotels like the ones I have filmed in Jaipur and Gurgaon, I focus on speed-ramping during the edit. This lets me zip through tight hallways and then slow down the motion when we reach a breathtaking view or a key amenity. It is a technique that highlights the flow of a property rather than just listing its square footage.

Whether it is capturing the geometric lines of a new Gurgaon skyscraper or the heritage detail of a resort in Rajasthan, the goal is total immersion. I provide the full package, including recce, choreography, flight, and the final sound-designed cut that makes the building feel alive. If you are looking to show off the soul of a space, let us get the birdies in the air.

I am Gunj. I started as a broke 20-year-old on YouTube, but today I use FPV to turn static buildings into living stories. If you want a tour that actually makes people feel the space, let us talk.
