About Outdoor Venues & Tent Setups
Setting up an event in an open lawn or ground requires more than just fabric and lights. You need someone who accounts for ground conditions, reliable power points for lighting, and weather-proof tenting that stays firm even if the wind picks up. We prioritize building a solid structure first, ensuring safety and stability, before we worry about the colors, drapes, and aesthetics.
When you choose an outdoor venue, the structure is your biggest variable. We have been managing outdoor event setups in Mumbai since 2003, and we know exactly what it takes to turn a raw ground into a functional space.
Our Outdoor Setup Process
We don't just throw up a tent. Whether it is a wedding pandal, a Mehndi canopy, or a corporate lawn setup, we handle the technical installation. This includes:
- Structural Integrity: We use reinforced poles and proper bracing for large-scale pandals, so you do not have to worry about the structure sagging or leaning.
- Lighting Layouts: Outdoor areas require specific lighting plans. We use high-wattage LED Par cans for stage washing and fairy light tunnels for walkways to ensure the venue is bright and visible at night.
- Fabric & Tenting: We use durable, weather-resistant fabrics for tent canopies that hold their color under the sun and resist light moisture.
Customization for Your Event
Every event has different requirements. If you are planning a haldi or mehndi, we focus on vibrant tent canopies that create defined, shaded seating areas. For weddings, we build large, secure mandap structures and tunnel entrances that guide guests from the entry gate to the main stage. We also manage the logistical side, including red carpet pathways, floor seating with bajots and cushions, and catering area enclosures.
