About this collection

You might see photos of me doing handstands against a wall and worry that it looks too difficult. You do not need to start there. We use wall assisted progressions and gentle modifications for every single move, so you build your foundation safely, whether you are 20 or 65.

My approach to core strength is not about getting a six pack for the beach. It is about building a body that feels capable and pain free throughout your day.

We work on a hybrid mix of Mat Pilates, which targets those deep abdominal muscles for better posture, and calisthenics, which helps you master your own body weight. If you are struggling with back pain or just feel a bit stiff from sitting at a desk all day, these movements will help you find that mobility again.

The secret is in the consistency. I always tell my students, "Be regular, give yourself three months, and you will notice the change." We do not rush the process. Whether we are in a studio with mirrors or in an open air space in Bengaluru, the focus remains on your form and your progress.

We avoid heavy, intimidating weights in favor of high repetition bodyweight exercises. This keeps the impact low and the safety high. If you are worried about your fitness level, please know that you fit right in. My classes are a zero judgment zone where we laugh, sweat, and grow together. You do not need to be a pro to start, you just need to be willing to show up.
