Live Looping, Beatboxing & Fire Shows
I blend raw, live-looped beats with hypnotic flow arts. From intense fire spinning to LED visual sets, this is where my music and movement collide.
This is where I feel most alive, spinning fire poi in the dark. I love playing with the shapes and trails of the flame, creating a dynamic visual performance that pulses with the music and the energy of the crowd.
Here’s a look at my creative process. I build entire tracks from scratch using just my voice, a microphone, and my RC-505 loopstation. Every beat, bassline, and melody is layered live to create original electronic music, often in genres like Techno or Progressive.
When fire isn't an option, I switch to my LED pixel poi. These create hypnotic, trippy light patterns and graphics that sync with the music. It's a different kind of visual magic, perfect for indoor venues and festivals.
The contact staff is one of my favorite props. This clip shows me practicing on a Goa beach during the day and then spinning a fire staff at night. The staff flows and rolls across my body, making it a very dance-like and connected performance.
Here I am on stage, competing in the loopstation category of a national beatbox championship. Performing under pressure in front of judges and a live audience is a huge rush, and it pushes me to constantly level up my live looping skills.
Some of the best moments are unplanned. This is a shot from a rooftop jam session in Bangalore, where I'm beatboxing alongside a guitarist and another vocalist. I love collaborating with other musicians to create something new in the moment.
This is the kind of environment my act is made for. A massive psytrance festival stage in Goa, with incredible visuals and a crowd that's ready to go on a journey. I perform at and attend many festivals like this, and the energy is everything.
Getting the hang of the fire contact staff. Unlike poi, the staff feels like a dance partner, rolling across my arms, neck, and back. It’s a constant challenge, but the feeling of nailing a new move with fire is unbeatable.
About Featured
For the best result, let’s pick the right visual prop for your venue—fire poi is strictly for outdoor spaces with a 3-meter safety radius, while my LED pixel poi is perfect for indoor stages. Every set I perform is 100% live, meaning I’m layering beats, guitar riffs, and vocals on my loopstation in real-time. No pre-recorded tracks, just pure improv.
How the Set Works
I’m not a DJ. I’m a performer who builds an entire sonic landscape from scratch using a Roland RC505 loopstation. Whether it’s a high-energy Psytrance set or a chill, atmospheric vibe for a house party, I start with a blank slate and layer sounds until the room is moving.
Choosing Your Visuals
- Fire Flow: Best for open-air festivals or spacious outdoor venues. It’s raw, primal, and needs room to breathe. I come with a dedicated safety spotter, fuel, and all the gear needed for a legit fire show.
- LED Pixel Poi: If you are hosting indoors, this is the way to go. I can program these to sync with the music, creating trippy geometric patterns that pop in low light without the fire risk. It’s a clean, futuristic look that keeps the energy high.
Logistics & Tech
I’m flexible on the setup but I do need a decent PA system to make the loopstation sound right. I’ll bring the instruments and the gear, you provide the XLR or Jack connection to your speakers. I’ve played everywhere from underground Bangalore gigs to festival stages in Goa, so I’m used to adjusting my kit to the space. If you want a duo show, I can bring along a guitarist or another flow artist to round out the sound.
