World of Wheels & Travel Birthday Parties
From pit stops to airports, I design parties that turn your child’s love for adventure into an immersive, high-energy reality.
The main stage for a high-octane car-themed birthday party. I created a racetrack floor, a checkered flag arch, and used marquee letters for the birthday boy's name, Jehan, to make him feel like a racing star.
This video captures the fun and energy of our car-themed party, from the decor and games to the cake cutting and a mini DJ session with the kids. It's a full-throttle celebration.
The mini go-kart track was the star attraction of this outdoor party. I can arrange for these exciting rides to give kids a real racing experience in a safe, inflatable environment.
The entrance to the travel-themed party, designed to look like a roadway leading to an airport. The 'All Aboard' and 'Choo Choo!' signs set the tone for a journey of fun.
For the 'sea' portion of our travel theme, I created this nautical photo booth. The 'L&K Cruise' sign, anchor, and lifebuoy props made for some adorable pictures.
The 'air' travel section featured this beautiful hot air balloon backdrop against a vintage world map. The red and blue balloon columns added a pop of color.
An interactive 'Car Wash' station where the birthday boys could clean their toy cars. It's these unique, hands-on activities that make a party special.
We set up several craft stations for the car-themed party, including bottle sand art and superhero cape making, all with custom 'Cars' movie branding.
Kids at the 'Innards Making' station, a fun and educational activity where they could assemble their own toy cars and tracks.
A science-based activity station where kids could build and float their own boats. I love incorporating educational elements into the fun.
About World of Wheels & Travel
I don’t just put up a backdrop and call it a day. For these setups, I build out the entire environment, including interactive stations where kids can get hands-on—like 'car wash' zones where they can polish toy cars or DIY craft corners for cape making. These aren't just photo props, they are activity hubs designed to keep high-energy groups engaged from the first race to the final flag.
I love watching a child’s face light up when a room suddenly turns into a racetrack or an airport runway. When I design a 'World of Wheels' or travel-themed party, I focus on the transition from the entrance to the main stage. You will see checkered flag arches, custom-printed racetrack flooring, and even marquee lighting that makes the birthday child feel like a star.
Beyond the visuals, the real magic happens in the engagement. I prioritize activities that keep the energy high—whether it is a DIY car wash station where little ones can polish toy cars, science-based 'boat building' for nautical themes, or a fully supervised mini go-kart track. I handle all the heavy lifting, from the truss installation for the 12ft backdrops to setting up the sound system and managing the emcee.
Whether you are hosting at a venue in Juhu or a private lawn in Bandra, I ensure the setup is seamless. My team manages everything from the 400-balloon garlands to the technical lighting and props, so you do not have to stress about the logistics. If you have a specific travel destination or a particular car model in mind, I can tailor the custom props and floor plans to match.

People used to ask me if a girl could really handle the chaos of event planning, and I just smile and show them my work. I am Alisha, and for me, creating these themes is about handling all the logistics so you can actually be present with your child on their big day.
