When you book me for a destination wedding, my role extends beyond just the script. I arrive early to sync with local vendors, Dhol players, and your event managers to ensure the energy stays consistent, no matter the venue. I make sure the audio setup and run-order are perfect so the vibe stays high from the first guest to the last dance.
Whether it is a resort in Jaipur or an intimate location in Neem ka Thana, a destination wedding requires a host who is travel-ready and adaptable. I bring my signature style to every location, but I adjust my approach to match the scale and venue of your celebration.
Logistics and Coordination
For outstation events, I request that the client provides flights, local transfers, and a minimum 4-star hotel stay. This allows me to focus entirely on your event and maintain that high-energy, 'Sherni' performance on stage. I arrive at least a day in advance for stage walkthroughs and mic checks, ensuring I am ready the moment your guests start arriving.
Planning Your Big Day
Before I pack my bags, we conduct 1 to 2 detailed consultation calls. This is where we discuss your event run-order, family dynamics, and any special inside jokes you want me to mention. I also set up a dedicated chat group for instant updates, ensuring that by the time I reach your venue, I am already familiar with your family and the flow of your wedding.
