How I Host
My approach is interactive and inclusive. I do not just read from a script. I walk around, talk to your guests, and get them involved in the celebration. For these daytime events, I keep my wardrobe vibrant and comfortable, choosing outfits that match the carnival or traditional theme of your function.
My Process
Before the big day, we have 1 to 2 detailed consultation calls. This is where I learn the dynamics of your family, gather those inside jokes, and get the names of key performers or family members right. I arrive 45 to 60 minutes early to sync with your DJ and Dhol players, ensuring that the transition from a casual game to a high-energy dance set is seamless.
Practical Details
- Duration: I provide 3 to 4 hours of active, on-site hosting.
- Crowd Work: My specialty is breaking the ice. I run family games like bride versus groom competitions, which work best for mixed crowds.
- Logistics: Travel within Delhi NCR is included in my quote. For destination weddings in places like Jaipur or beyond, I require travel and stay arrangements.
