- Music: Coordination with the venue DJ or playing tracks via own device for games (Sound system must be provided by client).

- Prop-Based Games: Usage of reusable props including Hula Hoops, large vinyl 'Twister-style' floor mats, and balls.
- Consumables: Includes standard game prizes (small chocolates, stickers) for winners.
- Activity List: Includes Musical Chairs, Statue Dance, energetic dance-alongs, Tug of War (rope provided), and trivia.
Theme & Coordination
- Attire: Host coordinates attire with the party theme (e.g., specific colors for superhero themes) or semi-formal smart casuals.
- Ceremony: Managing the cake-cutting flow, gathering the crowd, and synchronizing the birthday song.

I’m based in Thane, but I’ll bring the party anywhere in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, or even Jaipur and Aurangabad if you want.
