Scope of Work
- Master of Ceremonies: Complete podium management for formal corporate events like Dealer Meets and Product Launches.
- Agenda Management: Ensuring the event flows on time and bridging gaps between speakers smoothly.
- Formal Protocols: Handling lamp lighting ceremonies, dignitary felicitation, and vote of thanks.
- Scripting: Basic script preparation based on the client's agenda (VIP intros, brand history).
Event Specifics
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Attire: Formal Business Suit (Blue or Grey blazer).
- Tone: Professional, respectful, and restrained suitable for senior management.
Requirements
- Client Provision: Client must provide the PA system, Mic, Speakers, and Podium.
- Note: This package excludes games or performances.
Team Building & Employee Engagement
Facilitation & Setup
- Game Facilitation: Conducting 4-5 high-energy team bonding activities tailored to the venue (Indoors or Outdoors/Turf).
- Staffing: Includes one assistant to manage props and reset games between rounds.
- Prop Arrangement: Provider brings all necessary game materials (pipes, ropes, newspapers).
Activity List
- Ball Balancing Relay: Uses plastic half-pipes.
- Newspaper Fashion Show: Creative team design challenge.
- Physical Challenges: Human Caterpillar or Hula Hoop Pass.
- Finale: Tug of War (Rope provided).
Execution
- Crowd Management: Dividing employees into teams and explaining rules in Hinglish.
- Vibe: Loud, competitive, and interactive.
- Exclusions: Venue rental and team prizes are not included.
Annual Day & Gala Entertainment Host
Event Flow
- End-to-End Hosting: Covers Welcome Note, Awards/Speeches, Dinner, and DJ Party opening.
- Duration: Up to 5 hours (typically 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
- Versatility: Capable of handling mixed crowds including employees and families.
Entertainment Elements
- Special Entries: Option for costume-based entries (e.g., 'PK' or 'Sheikh' avatars) for comic relief.
- Audience Engagement: Interactive segments like Scavenger Hunts (fetching items) and Q&A with spot prizes.
- Crowd Activation: Leading group dances or 'Railgaadi' to transition the crowd to the dance floor.
- Fillers: Use of Shayari and humor during buffet setup or delays.

- Client Provision: Stage lighting, audio system, and DJ console.
