Aashna Kochar’s Stage Persona and Hosting Style
From formal corporate stages to high-energy wedding celebrations, my hosting style adapts to ensure the vibe is always right. Here is a look at the energy I bring to every event.
Turning moments into memories is my motto. This collage showcases my versatility, from hosting formal corporate events to lively weddings.
A candid moment of relaxation at a beautifully decorated wedding venue. The 'Better Together' neon sign says it all.

About My Stage Persona & Style
I do not show up in a standard outfit and read from a generic script. I treat my wardrobe as part of the event's production, carefully selecting structured formal wear for high-stakes corporate launches and movement-friendly, vibrant ethnic attire for wedding sangeets to ensure I am always ready to lead the crowd.
My Approach: The Dual Persona
My hosting style is a tale of two energies. When I am at a corporate event or a brand launch, I shift into a poised, articulate professional. My focus is on the message, ensuring your brand vision is clearly communicated while keeping the audience engaged. I use a structured approach, keeping the flow tight and the professional tone consistent. It is not just about announcing the next speaker; it is about making sure the audience feels connected to your company’s 'Future Ready' goals.
Weddings: Where the Magic Happens
Step into a wedding with me, and the vibe changes entirely. Here, I am part of the family. I swap the blazer for a lehenga, the formal script for a mic that roams the crowd, and the professional distance for 'full fam masti'.
My role at a Haldi or Sangeet is to break the ice between the bride and groom’s families. Whether it is shouting 'Ladki wale, zara shor toh machaiye!' [Bride's side, make some noise!] or coordinating the shoe game, I make sure the energy never drops.
Why I Adapt
Ultimately, my philosophy of 'Sarvam Karanodbhavamasti' (everything happens for a reason) drives my work. I believe that an anchor's primary job is to be an extension of the host. If the event is formal, I maintain that decorum. If the event is a celebration, I am the first one on the dance floor making sure your guests are having the time of their lives. I rely on a mix of English and colloquial Hindi to ensure everyone—from the kids to the grandparents—feels included in the celebration.
Aashna Kochar
I'm Aashna. When I have a mic in my hand, my only goal is to make sure every single person in the room feels part of the story. Whether I'm in a blazer for a product launch or a lehenga for a sangeet, I'm there to keep the energy real and the vibe high.
