Whether I am drafting a RERA complaint or preparing for a bail hearing, my priority is to create a detailed roadmap that anticipates the opposition's moves before we even step into the courtroom.
I believe that effective advocacy starts with a thorough understanding of the facts. In my Janakpuri office, I dedicate significant time to what I call practical legal work. This involves more than just reading the law; it means applying it to real-world scenarios, such as untangling municipal records for property disputes or drafting precise contracts that protect businesses from future litigation.
