When I design a blouse, I treat the back as a focal point. I use structured padding and canvas fusing to ensure that even complex, open-back designs with heavy zardozi or beadwork sit perfectly against your skin without gapping. - Artisanal Detailing: Whether you want delicate Aari work, heavy Maggam embroidery, or sheer net inserts, I customize the border work to frame your back opening beautifully. I often include custom latkans (tassels) or dori ties that match your saree’s color palette for that finished look.
- The Process: We start by talking about the occasion. Is it a grand muhurtham where you need something traditional, or a reception where you want a bit more glamour? I sketch out the back design based on your neck preference—be it a classic round keyhole, a regal pot-cut, or a modern sweetheart design.
