Destination Wedding Decor That Tells Your Story
I do not believe in bringing the same decor to every venue. I listen to the location, whether it is a heritage palace in Udaipur or a modern beach resort in Bali, and weave your personal story into the local landscape to create a celebration that feels authentic to you.
A wedding steeped in tradition at the magical Jagmandir in Udaipur. We used soft pinks, a dreamy glass dome mandap, and candlelight to create an artful design that complemented the historic palace in the middle of the lake.
For a wedding in Doha, we brought a contemporary souq experience to life. This lounge area features handcrafted textiles, artisanal florals, and traditional spices, all chosen to complement the eclectic Middle Eastern mood.

We love incorporating local culture into our destination weddings. Here, a calligrapher creates personalized art for guests at our 'Markets of the Middle East' event in Doha.

A video tour of our 'Markets of the Middle East' design in Doha. The space was designed to invite guests to engage with the beauty of Qatari crafts and culture, from modern arches to an earthy, neutral palette.
A lounge setup from our Doha wedding, showcasing a heritage-meets-modern design. We used a fresh, neutral yet eclectic palette with layered rugs and comfortable seating to evoke the feel of a bustling souk.
An intimate seating area from our 'Markets of the Middle East' event. The striped sofa, textured coffee tables, and paper installation on the ceiling created a cozy and stylish corner for guests.
For a Sufi night in Bangalore, we created 'Midnight Marrakesh'. This seating area features a fresh color palette of tangerine and blues, with gleaming structures inspired by Moroccan and Indian architecture.

About Destination Stories: From Palaces to Beaches
When I work in a new location, I avoid shipping everything from home. Instead, I collaborate with local artisans to source authentic textiles, flowers, and props. This approach keeps the design grounded in the local culture, whether we are capturing the earthy textures of a Doha souq or honoring the history of a Udaipur palace.
My design philosophy for destination weddings is simple: the venue is not just a backdrop, it is a partner in the storytelling process. When we design for a destination event, we start by mapping the local materials, colors, and craftsmanship of the region.
For a project in Doha, we looked at the local markets to create a design that felt like an extension of the city itself. We utilized local crafts, Middle Eastern motifs, and an earthy color palette that matched the surroundings. Similarly, when we work in Rajasthan, we do not simply place a pre-made set on a lawn. We look at the architecture of the palace, the history of the walls, and the light hitting the lake, designing elements that enhance the space rather than hiding it.
How We Approach Destination Design
- Cultural Integration: We avoid generic themes. If we are in the mountains, we look for local floral varieties and textures. If we are by the sea, we choose materials that catch the light and the breeze.
- Local Collaboration: By working with regional artisans, we gain access to authentic craftsmanship that mass-produced rentals cannot match. This adds a layer of depth and sincerity to the event.
- Logistics with Grace: Planning a destination wedding is complex, but we handle the heavy lifting of logistics, fabrication, and sourcing so you can focus on the journey. We treat the venue with reverence, ensuring our installations are respectful of the space.
Whether it is a Sufi night in Bangalore or a wedding on the shores of Bali, my goal is to ensure your event feels like it belongs exactly where it is.
