About this collection
For our Shop 24 Hours project in Paschim Vihar, we maximized a 565 sq. ft. floor plan by carefully aligning adjustable gondola shelving with clear sightlines. By integrating refrigeration units directly into the layout and using high-durability, anti-skid flooring, we ensured the store handles high footfall while maintaining a organized, modern shopping experience.
Designing for high-volume retail requires more than just aesthetics; it demands a deep understanding of store operations, material resilience, and customer psychology. Our approach ensures that every square foot serves a purpose, whether it is increasing product visibility or streamlining the replenishment process for staff.
The Importance of Layout and Flow
Effective retail design guides customers through the space intuitively. We focus on strategic aisle placement and corner displays that naturally lead shoppers toward high-margin items while ensuring easy navigation. In convenience stores, the checkout area is a critical touchpoint; we design these zones for quick transactions, incorporating POS-ready counters and impulse-buy shelving that effectively converts foot traffic into sales.
Technical and Durable Specifications
Retail environments are subject to heavy wear and tear. We specify industrial-grade materials that stand up to daily trolley movement and high-volume stocking. Our scope covers:
- Flooring: Anti-skid vitrified tiles that are easy to clean and resist heavy impact.
- Lighting: High-lux LED panels and track lighting positioned to eliminate shadows, ensuring clear product labeling and accurate color representation.
- MEP Integration: We handle the complex technical requirements, including dedicated heavy-load power points for refrigeration and deep freezers, ensuring your technical infrastructure supports your operational needs without the risk of outages.
