My Story
Hey, I'm Akshay, born in Kerala, now sweating it out in Bangalore. Fitness, for me, is all heart, not just muscle. I went from chubby to winning a Mr. World medal in Men's Physique - yeah, that took a lot. Started Throne Fit, my gym, after years of hustle. In my world, it's like I always say, 'Snehichal avan daivamane veruthal theernnu narakam kaattitharum' (Love it, it's heaven; hate it, it's hell). But hey, balance is key - I need my treks, my gym squad, and those ARMADHAM moments too.
My Work
What I Do - Personal training, body transformation coaching, muscle gain, fat loss, nutrition support, and rehab - online or at Throne Fit.
How I Train - I’m hands-on. I’ll spot you, fix your form, push you. We work together, set goals, and get real results.
