• Trust Your Team: You hired your vendors for their expertise. If you're constantly looking over their shoulder, you're not getting their best work. Communicate your vision clearly at the start, and then let them do what they do best.
• The Timeline is Sacred: A wedding is not the time to be 'fashionably late.' I always build a buffer into every itinerary, specifically for photos and reels, so the main events can start exactly when they are supposed to.

Why You Need a Single Point of Contact

The biggest complaint I hear from couples before they hire me? 'Bhaiya, kaun bol rahe hain?'—they are exhausted from answering every vendor query, from the generator guy to the florist.
