• Vendor Ecosystem: Sourcing and negotiating contracts for 15+ vendor categories including photographers, makeup artists, and DJs.
• Personal Shopping: Personal shopper assistance for bridal trousseau, including fitting accompaniment and styling advice.
• Unlimited Consultation: Access to the planner for strategic planning and emotional support throughout the 12-18 month engagement.

Phase 3: Hospitality & Logistics

• Guest Management: Handling Save-the-Dates, digital RSVP tracking, and room allocation lists for 200-500 guests.
• Travel Coordination: Management of airport transfers, charter planes, and ground transport logistics.
• Hampers: Coordination of welcome hampers, room drops, and customized event stationery.

Phase 4: On-Site Execution

• Manpower Deployment: Full team deployment including Lead Planner, Logistics Head, Hospitality Desk, and 4-6 Shadows.
• Event Flow: Minute-by-minute show running for a 3-day event duration.
• Crisis Management: Behind-the-scenes handling of technical or vendor issues.

Planning & Vendor Management

• Venue Selection: Shortlisting venues in metro cities or wine regions and negotiating Minimum Guarantee (MG) rates.
• Vendor Team Assembly: Hiring photographers, cinematographers, and makeup artists suited to domestic luxury budgets.
• Decor & Styling: Overseeing production set-up (sound, light, trussing, florals) to match approved 3D renders.

F&B and Entertainment
