Custom Outdoor Living Spaces
We turn balconies, driveways, and gardens into extensions of your home, blending vernacular materials with modern architectural forms.
The Jaali shadow driveway is one of our signature features. The overhead screen, inspired by traditional Indian latticework, creates a beautiful and ever-changing pattern on the ground, making the simple act of arriving home an experience.
A modern Tulsi Katte designed to be a peaceful focal point of the home's garden area. By integrating this sacred space into the landscape design, we help families maintain a connection to their spiritual and cultural practices.
This terrace garden demonstrates how we create comfortable and stylish outdoor rooms. The space is designed for usability with a protective pergola, comfortable seating, and durable flooring, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening or hosting guests.
About Signature Outdoor Living Spaces
Every outdoor space we design starts with a sun-path analysis. It sounds technical, but it is really just about ensuring your balcony or garden stays cool and usable at 3 PM, not just at sunset. We focus on natural ventilation and the right drainage slopes from day one so you aren't dealing with waterlogging later.
Our approach to outdoor design rejects the idea of just plonking plants into a space. We treat your terrace, balcony, or driveway as another room in the house, demanding the same level of architectural detail as a living room.
We love using vernacular materials—exposed clay bricks, terracotta, and custom jaali work—because they age beautifully and bring a tactile warmth to Bengaluru's climate. Whether you need a Tulsi Katte that respects traditional rituals or a pergola that creates a specific shadow pattern across your driveway, our design process centers on functionality.
We offer a dedicated Terrace and Balcony design package (starting at ₹45,000) which includes everything from site measurements and structural load assessments to 3D renders and detailed lighting layouts. We handle the hardscape planning, such as where the water flows and where the lights go, so the softscape—your plants and planters—actually thrive rather than struggle.
When we visit your site, we are looking for more than just aesthetics. We assess the micro-climate, the existing structure, and the sun's movement to ensure that the space we build is one you will actually use. If you have an empty terrace or a dull driveway, we are ready to help you plan it out.
