Creative Mehndi Designs and Patterns
From festive celebrations to unique custom motifs, explore my latest designs and see how I bring different themes to life with natural henna.
This design combines a central floral medallion with a classic 'jaal' or net pattern on the fingers. I teach how to create this modern look, ensuring the lines of the net are clean and evenly spaced.
A beautiful example of a semi-circular cuff design, filled with intricate details including lotus motifs and shaded patterns. This style is very versatile for both bridal and non-bridal occasions.
For special occasions like Janmashtami, clients often request themed designs. I teach how to draw figures like this beautiful portrait of baby Krishna, paying close attention to facial features and details.
About this collection
What you see here is all done using my signature 100% natural herbal paste. Whether it is a quick festive design or a detailed portrait like the Krishna one, I focus on crisp lines and consistent pressure. My process is simple: I sketch the layout lightly first to ensure everything fits your hand shape, then build up the darker, intricate shading.
When you look through these designs, you are seeing the result of years of practice with cone control and paste consistency. I do not believe in using chemicals for quick stains. My herbal henna mix is prepared fresh to ensure a deep, natural color that lasts through your festivities.
My Approach to Custom Designs
Whether you need something for Karwa Chauth, a simple design for a family function, or a complex figurative piece, I adapt my technique to the occasion. For intricate work like the portrait designs or the net (jaal) patterns, I spend time mapping out the spacing before I start applying the henna. This ensures that the design remains balanced and does not get crowded or messy.
Versatility in Every Stroke
I work across many styles, including:
- Traditional Indian: Heavy detailing, peacocks, and floral motifs.
- Arabic Fusion: Using bold, sweeping lines and negative space to make the design pop.
- Themed Art: Portraits, deities, or even personalized hashtags and names for your big event.
Bringing the Studio to You
I know that getting to a studio can be tough when you have a busy schedule. That is why I bring everything needed for a professional session directly to your home in Delhi. You just need to sit back while I mix the paste and get to work. If you are interested in the art form yourself, I also host sessions where I break down these exact techniques so you can learn to create them with the same level of precision.
