About Post-Wedding Glow
These shoots are not about stiff poses or heavy outfits. Since we are shooting post-wedding, I focus on the relaxed chemistry you finally have now that the stage stress is gone. We usually pick a green space or a quiet shore in Navi Mumbai where we can spend a few hours just getting natural, candid portraits without anyone rushing us.
After the chaos of the baraat, the endless rituals, and the stage photos, a post-wedding session is my favorite way to actually see the couple. It is just you two, some soft evening light, and no guests to attend to.
I usually recommend this for couples who felt the wedding day was too much of a blur. We head to a relaxed location—maybe a quiet park in Seawoods or a hidden corner by the coast—and spend about 4 to 6 hours. You do not need the heavy sarees or the three-piece suits. Wear what makes you feel like ‘you’.
Since I shoot on the Sony Alpha series, I look for candid frames that show the quiet romance you share now that the pressure is off. Whether it is a walk through a garden or just sitting on a bench while I capture the way you look at each other, the goal is simple. You get high-end retouched memories that feel like a date, not a photoshoot.
If you want to head out of the city—to places like Hampi or even a nearby hill station—I am always up for travel. Let’s capture the ‘we’ you have become.
