About Family Law
I know family disputes can turn your life upside down. My aim is to keep things straightforward and avoid endless court ke chakkar (the hassle of going to court). I try to sort things with practical solutions first, so you save time, money, and a lot of stress.
Mediation First
Before jumping into a case, I usually push for pre-litigation mediation in family disputes. Sitting down with a neutral mediator often helps both sides talk it out, especially for things like alimony, child custody, or splitting property. This way, you control the outcome, not a judge. Plus, it's cheaper and quicker than a full-blown legal fight.
When Court is the Only Way
If mediation doesn't work out, I handle both mutual consent divorce process India and contested divorces. I keep up with the latest legal updates - like how the Supreme Court now has the power to grant divorce for irretrievable breakdown of marriage, which can really speed things up if things have gone beyond repair.
Handling Sensitive & Messy Stuff
Some cases get complicated, especially where family law mixes with criminal stuff. I have experience with domestic violence legal advice - and I make sure you know that, for example, the husband's presence isn't always needed in court for DV cases. Also, when it comes to promise to marry legal consequences, I break down the difference between a false promise and a genuine breach, so you know exactly where you stand.
The Law Shouldn't Be a Mystery
I believe in explaining things in simple terms. Bas itna samajh lo, aapko apne rights pata hone chahiye (Basically, you should know your rights). I’ll make sure you do.

My Story
Main Abhishek hoon. Roz court nahi, zindagi ke asli problems dekhta hoon - ghar kharidne ki khushi, aur usme chhupi tension. Kabhi ek galat document, kabhi builder ki jhoothi baat, log sapne aur paise dono haar jaate hain. Har din real estate ki gadbad dekh ke lagta hai, knowledge hi sab kuch hai. Jab Mahakal ke mandir jaata hoon, lagta hai - bas, yahi hai mera kaam, thoda order laana iss hungame mein.
My Work
Legal help for property & real estate issues - Main RERA possession delay complaint, builder false promise legal help, aur legal difference paper vs legal possession jaise matters handle karta hoon.
Contracts & property due diligence - Property title search lawyer hoon, contracts ki har line check karta hoon, taaki koi chhupa clause na reh jaaye.
Dispute resolution & litigation - Business ho ya family, dispute aaye toh pehle negotiation try karta hoon, warna court mein pura support milta hai.
