About Family Law
Real Talk About Family Law
Family disputes get messy, no sugarcoating it. I’ve seen good cases get stuck for months, and even the best prep can go sideways. So, I keep it practical - I’ll give you straight answers, not false hope. My work’s mostly in Delhi courts, from Tis Hazari to Supreme Court, and I deal with everything from divorce to domestic violence.
What I Actually Do
- Divorce, especially under the Hindu Marriage Act, is rarely simple. I guide you through every step, making sure you know what’s coming next.
- If child custody is your worry, I handle both permanent solutions (Guardians and Wards Act petition) and urgent fixes for visitation. There’s no one-size-fits-all, so I’ll help you pick what’s best for your case.
- Domestic violence cases can be brutal. Whether you need a domestic violence protection order or need to defend yourself, I make sure your side gets heard.
Court vs. Compromise
Some fights need a strong showing in court; I’m all in for that. Lekin, dragging things out isn’t always wise. I’ve settled plenty of cases out-of-court so families can move on faster and with less stress. If mediation looks like a better route, I’ll tell you upfront.
No Single-Handed Show
Yes, you work with me one-on-one, but I’m backed by a full team at the Law Chambers of AOR Amish Aggarwala. You get the benefit of multiple heads working together, but your case stays personal. I’m here to cut through the legal jargon and help you get clarity, quick.

My Story
I’m Karan, and well, law wasn’t some childhood dream - I just thought maybe I could actually help someone, you know? Day one, I got fired for messing up an adjournment. Still here though, chasing that sukoon (peace) they talk about in litigation. Sometimes it’s chaos, sometimes you get justice for someone and it feels right. When I’m not in court, I’m out trekking in the hills, just trying to hit reset. Balance, yaar.
My Work
What I do - I handle criminal and civil litigation in Delhi - PC Act, PMLA, HMA, arbitration, family law, plus I’m a trademark attorney.
How I work - I keep it real. No legalese, just straight talk about your case. You’ll always know where you stand.
Tech-savvy litigation - No moti filein (thick files) here. I use tablets, bookmarks, everything digital to keep things simple and fast.
Court realities - Litigation is messy. Delays happen, but I’m always ready and punctual. I don’t sugarcoat it.
Teamwork & mentorship - I work with a bunch of young lawyers at Law Chambers of Amish Aggarwala. We joke, but every case gets attention.
