We specifically use concealed cove lighting and carefully scaled wall mouldings to make even standard builder floors feel grand, airy, and truly massive.
Luxury isn't just about expensive materials, yaar. It's about how they come together. For living rooms, I’m obsessed with that high-end, five-star feel. We primarily work with Italian marble like Dyna or Botticino because the way it reflects light creates an instant sense of space and class that tiles just can't match.
But a beautiful floor means nothing if the ceiling is dull. We use gypsum false ceilings with specific coves for that warm, ambient light that makes the whole room feel welcoming. Whether you want a Victorian-classical look with heavy mouldings or a sleek, modern minimalist vibe, I sit down with you to finalize the wall textures. We use velvet touch paints and often incorporate custom woodwork or fluted panels to break the monotony.
Why we do it differently: Most builders just want to finish the job. I want you to walk into your drawing room after a long day in Gurgaon traffic and just say, 'Maza aa gaya.' That’s the only metric that matters to me. We also ensure all our electrical points—from profile lighting to accent spots—are pre-planned so you don’t have ugly wires running everywhere later. It’s all about creating a space where you’re proud to host guests.
