About Our Projects: Blueprints & Specifications
Look past the lines on these floor plans and you will see why we build differently. We use AAC blocks for superior insulation and Seismic Zone 4 compliant RCC framing because I want your home to be tough, not just stylish. The layouts here are planned to give you actual, usable space, not just room numbers.

Why These Specs Matter
- Safety First: Every building is Seismic Zone 4 compliant. We use RCC framed structures with Tata or Jindal Fe550 steel, so you get a house that is built to last.
- AAC Blocks: We moved away from traditional bricks to AAC blocks. It keeps the temperature cooler inside and offers better fire safety, which is a big deal in our weather.
- The Luxury Finish: From the Italian marble in the living areas to the Grohe fittings in the washrooms, these specs aren't just for show. They are the same materials I would insist on for my own home.
