- Waterproofing: 3-layer waterproofing in all wet areas and basement.
Flooring & Tiling
- Living/Dining: Premium Indian Marble (e.g., Morwad) or High-Gloss Nexion/Kajaria Vitrified Tiles.
- Bedrooms: AC4 Grade laminated wooden flooring or premium vitrified tiles.
