About The Finest Materials & Craftsmanship
People often ask me why I insist on Italian marble and Grohe fittings. It is not just for the look. When you walk on Dyna or Botticino marble, the grip and the cool feel under your feet are unmatched. It ages beautifully, unlike cheaper tiles that chip or fade. If you are planning your interiors, come see a finished floor first. You will feel the difference instantly when you stand on that floor versus looking at a showroom sample.
Building a luxury home is about the stuff you cannot easily see as much as the stuff you can. My focus is always on using materials that survive the harsh Gurgaon summers and daily wear without losing their charm.
Why Materials Matter
- Italian Marble: I use 100% Italian marble like Dyna or Botticino because it has a natural depth that vitrified tiles simply cannot mimic. It is a solid stone, which means if it ever scratches, we can polish it back to new. That is an investment, not an expense.
- Grohe & Premium Fittings: In the bathroom, I never compromise. A cheap tap starts leaking in a year. Grohe or Vitra fittings last for decades, and the water flow experience is completely different.
- Structural Integrity: Beyond the finishes, I use mechanical rebar couplers instead of standard steel lapping. It makes the RCC frame much stronger. This is the difference between a house that stands for twenty years and one that stays solid for generations.
Practical Advice for Your Home
When you are choosing your interiors, look at the edges. Look at the door frames. I use solid wood-carved doors with melamine polish because they do not warp. My wardrobes use PU finish, which is moisture-resistant. This is not about bragging; it is about making sure that five years from now, your home still looks the way it does today. If you have a plot in Sushant Lok 1 or South Delhi, let us talk about how we can integrate these materials into your floor plan.
