Build Specs
- Core Material: High-density Expanded Polystyrene (Thermocol) carved and sanded to form massive figures.
- Support: Internal bamboo or light metal wire armature provided for transport stability.
Surface Finish
- Preparation: Coated with a primer mix to smooth out texture before painting.
- Painting: High-contrast Acrylic or Distemper paints applied for visibility under distance and night lighting.
- Usage: Designed as temporary structures for parades or stages (not impact resistant).
3D Relief Wall Murals (Fiberglass)
Scope & Process
- Custom Design: Includes theme conceptualization and clay modeling for client approval before casting.
- Material Spec: Cast in high-grade Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) with 2 to 6 inch relief depth.
- Durability: Lightweight, waterproof, and reinforced with MS grid for structural stability (10+ year lifespan).
Finishing
- Paint: Automotive Grade (PU) coating available in stone, metallic antique (Bronze/Gold), or realistic multicolor finishes.
- Mounting: Includes heavy-duty metal anchors for secure wall installation.
Custom Statues & Sculptures (Fiberglass)
Fabrication
- Master Model: Hand-sculpted clay master by senior artists to capture intricate anatomical or stylized details.
- Casting: Marine-grade Fiberglass resin shell (4mm to 6mm thickness) created via multi-part molds.
Finish & Install
- Coating: Finished with Duco or PU Paint to resist UV fading and rain damage.

- Structure: Built using Ferrocement (armature with sculpted mortar) or FRP Rock Panels for realistic stone aesthetics.
- Protection: Multi-layer waterproofing applied to base and contact areas to ensure zero leakage.
Mechanics
- Plumbing System: Concealed PVC piping integrated into the structure.
- Pump: Includes a standard submersible pump matched to the water head height requirements.
- Visuals: Painted with weather-proof exterior emulsions to mimic natural rock textures.

Our big projects are all heart and hustle. We build everything from metal frames to thermocol sculpture carvings, paint every detail, and make sure each float matches the energy of Namma Kudla (our Mangalore). We go all out for events like Pili Nalike (Tiger Dance), pushing for color, movement, and impact.

My Story
We’re Aditattva Art, bunch of Mangalore artists. Our heart beats for namma Kudla, you know? Tulunad’s stories, colours, Kambala races, Yakshagana faces, Pili Vesha tigers—these fill our paint buckets. We splash them on city walls, flyovers, stations, even Dasara tabloos. Sometimes it’s loud festival murals, sometimes just a peaceful Buddha for a garden. Every wall is a new chance, every project is a piece of home.
