When planning a Harry Potter celebration, the atmosphere is everything. My approach focuses on blending realistic prop-work with engaging activities that keep the kids occupied.
The Setup
Depending on your venue, I offer tiered setups. This ranges from an 8x8 ft printed flex backdrop for smaller gatherings to a 12ft multi-layered stage featuring 3D foam cutouts and LED lighting for larger, more theatrical parties. We incorporate elements like house banners, floating candles, and detailed signage to ensure the space looks like it belongs in the wizarding world.
Interactive Experiences
Decor is just the background. The real magic happens with the activities we bring in:
