We ditch the standard decor for full-on festival vibes. From Phoolon Ki Holi to custom game stalls, we turn your pre-wedding functions into the party of the season.
For this haldi, I designed a unique seating arrangement with the couple in separate ornate tubs, ready for the ceremony. The backdrop featured beautiful lavender and yellow watercolor panels with floral accents.

Instead of static setups, we focus on interactive elements that get guests involved. We set up active 'Phoolon Ki Holi' stations, custom carnival game corners, and bangle bars that turn a simple ceremony into an engaging experience. We handle the 70 percent artificial to 30 percent fresh floral logistics so you get the visual impact without the wilt.
A Mehendi or Haldi isn't just a ceremony, it's the warm-up for the entire wedding week. We shift the focus from traditional, stiff decor to an immersive carnival theme. Whether you want the Rajasthani Mela aesthetic with colorful umbrellas or a modern Blue Pottery theme, we build the environment from the ground up.
Our approach is simple. We use 12 by 10 foot backdrops to create a defined stage presence and use a mix of vibrant fabrics and lighting to set the tone. For interactive elements, we bring in everything from custom engravers to lawn games like Giant Jenga. This keeps guests occupied while you focus on the rituals.
For those wanting that 'filmy' entry, we design the access path with neon signage and vibrant draping that makes for perfect photos. We manage the vendor coordination, the flower supply for the Holi rituals, and the layout of the seating areas, ensuring the flow works even if you are hosting at a farmhouse or a lawn in Nagpur. We prioritize high quality artificial florals for volume and structure, while using fresh marigolds and tuberoses for that authentic fragrance. You handle the masti, we manage the chaos.
