Pre-Wedding Planning (3-4 Months)
- Venue & Vendor Management: Coordination with venue for layout/flow and booking standard vendors (Photographer, MUA, Mehndi) from existing network.
- Budget Management: Excel-based tracking of payments and vendor schedules.
- Guest Management (RSVP): Up to 2 rounds of RSVP calls to confirm attendance and flight details.
Guest Hospitality & Logistics
- Arrival Experience: Seamless check-in with a dedicated hospitality desk and 2-3 uniformed staff.
- Transport Management: Coordination of airport pick-ups/drops via hired transport vendors.
- Room Bliss: Distribution of hampers to rooms before guest arrival (hamper contents cost extra).
On-Ground Execution
- Manpower: A team of 12-15 crew members including Event Director and Logistics Managers.
- Couple Shadows: 1 dedicated shadow each for the Bride and Groom to handle immediate personal needs.
- Ritual Coordination: Ensuring Pandit/Qazi has required Samagri and guiding family for rituals.
Production Oversight
- Supervision of Decorator for stage, lights, and trussing setup.

Hey, we’re Accure Weddings & Events. 8 years in, still loving the madness of wedding planning. Started off with small-town gigs, now we’re running around everywhere - Mumbai, Raipur, Nagpur, even Jaisalmer palaces. Jackie Shroff’s words stuck with us, ‘Samjha kya #Bhidu? Bas chalte rehne ka’ (Got it, mate? Just keep going). Our thing? Handling chaos, last-minute fixes, endless functions. We do the heavy lifting so couples just smile, dance, and soak in the fun.
