We craft commercial spaces where purpose meets personality. From high-energy gyms to refined rooftop lounges, we build atmospheres that keep your guests coming back.

About Restaurants, Bars & Gyms

We believe a commercial space succeeds when the architecture disappears and the atmosphere takes over. In projects like One40 Rooftop in Manhattan, we did not just place furniture. We calibrated the lighting and sightlines against the city backdrop to ensure the view remained the star while the interior felt intimate and grounded.

Hospitality and commercial design require a delicate balance. It is not just about what a space looks like in a photograph, but how it functions during a rush hour in a restaurant or a high-intensity session at a gym. We focus on the flow of movement, acoustics, and the specific energy a brand needs to project.

Our Approach to Commercial Design

  • Site-Specific Layouts: We do not believe in cookie-cutter floor plans. Whether we are working on a waterfront restaurant or a gym in Mumbai, we study the site's unique characteristics—the direction of the sunlight, the natural ventilation, and the views—to dictate the layout.
  • Technical Detailing: Lighting is the silent partner of hospitality design. We design custom lighting plans, such as magnetic tracks and warm-dimming setups, to ensure your space transitions seamlessly from daytime functionality to evening ambiance.
  • Material Selection: We prioritize materials that age gracefully under heavy commercial use. Our choices, from natural stone to engineered hardwood and specialized facade systems, are selected for both aesthetic impact and long-term durability.

We collaborate closely with owners to understand the operational side of your business. If your restaurant requires a specific kitchen-to-floor flow or your gym needs distinct zones for varied training intensities, we map that out from the very first sketch. We want to build spaces that perform as well as they look.
