This view of the Baia Villas in Goa captures the essence of our work. I designed the space to be a complete sensory experience, where the vibrant peach walls, the cool water, and the geometric patterns create a dialogue between playful color and serene architecture. It is a modern interpretation of the authentic Goan life.8
I believe a master suite should be a sanctuary. In this open-plan design, I blended the bedroom and bathroom, using a dramatic terrazzo finish and a vaulted wood ceiling to create a space that feels both grand and intimate. It is a study in texture, light, and luxurious tranquility.
For the Tellado Villas, the goal was to create a confluence of social spaces. This open-plan dining and kitchen area uses bold forms, like the sculptural dining island and dramatic black marble, contrasted with the warmth of a wooden ceiling. It is a space designed for gathering, conversation, and shared experiences.

We believe a home should feel like it has grown from the land itself. For Villa Uma in Alibaug, we designed a collection of simple forms around an introverted garden and a linear pool, creating a tranquil sanctuary that responds to the picturesque views of the distant Kankeshwar hills.8
Our work in the Himalayas involves creating architecture that respects the scale and spirit of the mountains. These guesthouses in Panchachuli are built with local stone and topped with traditional thatch roofs, designed to offer serene refuge with staggering views of the snow-capped peaks.
The line between inside and outside is intentionally blurred in our designs. At Villa Uma, we used deep, earthy red plaster walls and large openings to connect the dining space with the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and deeply relaxing.
We see landscape not as a backdrop, but as an integral part of the home. At Villa Toshi in Alibaug, years of collaboration resulted in a recalibrated building where rooftop gardens and lush greenery cascade down the structure, merging the home with the expansive view.

This is our vision for a home that lives in harmony with its landscape. The exterior of this Chikmagalur residence uses natural stone and expansive glass to merge with the mountain scenery, creating a sanctuary that is both grand and grounded.8
The Jaquar Global Headquarters captured against a dramatic sky. This project showcases our ability to create dynamic, large-scale commercial architecture that is both a landmark structure and an energy-efficient, net-zero building.

We designed this residence as a study in juxtaposition and composition. The structure spans 19,000 square feet, with protruding masses and recessed voids creating a dynamic interplay of architectural elements that form a distinct vocabulary of modern luxury design.10
This timeless residence is designed to blend seamlessly with nature. Featuring an off-white facade, elegant white moldings, and rich wooden accents, this classic farmhouse exudes a warmth and sophistication that creates a serene and inviting retreat.
A space where modern design meets architectural intent. We used floor-to-ceiling glass windows to flood the interiors with natural light, while a distinct grid ceiling and sculptural furniture pieces define the living area as a curated, contemporary masterpiece.
The main staircase is the heart of the home. We positioned it strategically to invite natural light through a screened glass facade, balancing openness with privacy and creating a powerful dynamic that connects the inside to the greenery outside.

We designed this courtyard-style house in the coastal town of Alibaug to be a modern home engulfed by botanical landscaping. The strategic lighting transforms the space at night, highlighting the pool and creating an easy-going overtone that is perfect for relaxation.
