End-to-End Family Sangeet Package
Choreography & Rehearsals
- Scripting: Conceptualization of a 10-15 song script including intro, solos, family acts, and grand finale.
- Home Rehearsals: 10-12 sessions (90-120 mins each) conducted at your venue or residence in Delhi/NCR.
- Style: Steps designed specifically for non-dancers and older family members to ensure ease of performance.
Show Running & Production
- Backup Dancers: 4 professional dancers (Male/Female) included for the Couple's performance and Grand Finale.
- On-Day Management: 1 Lead Choreographer and 1 Stage Manager to handle artist entry, console cues, and stage flow.
- Music Editing: Professional studio mixing of tracks with sound effects (dhols, dialogs) delivered as a final Master Mix.
Props & Costumes
- Fun Props: Standard placards, sunglasses, feather boas, or LED sticks for group performances.
- Consultation: Expert advice on color coordination and styling for family members.
Themed Bridal or Groom Entry
Concept & Manpower
- Themes: Choice of Royal Maharaja, Sufi, Radha-Krishna, or Carnival themes.
- Troupe: 8 to 12 professional artists dressed in heavy, theme-appropriate costumes (e.g., Kathakali, LED suits).
- Choreography: Synchronized procession routine leading the Bride or Groom to the stage.
Props & Visuals
- Heavy Props: Includes large visuals like golden Sun discs, velvet flags, LED wings, or Phoolon ki Chaadar canopy.
- Vehicle Support: Manpower to carry the Palki or escort a vintage car/chariot.
Special Effects

I do this for everything from the big varmala to smaller functions like Haldi and Bhaat.

Hey, we’re Aarav Celebrations. Raghav here, the guy who started it all because I truly believe dancing brings instant joy. Five years, tons of events, each one with its own vibe. From celebrity nights to Delhi CM’s daughter’s wedding, we’ve seen it all. What matters most? The big smiles, those moments when families come together and just let loose.
