Standard Ring Setup (Home & Small Hall)
Structure
- Frame: 6ft diameter single metal ring frame.
- Signage: Rental of one standard generic neon sign (e.g., Happy Birthday). Custom names are not included.
Decor
- Coverage: Semi-circle organic balloon arrangement covering 50-60% of the ring.
- Balloons: Approx. 150-200 standard metallic and pastel latex balloons. Minimal use of chrome balloons.
Furniture & Props
- Plinths: Set of 3 folding paper pedestals (accordion style, textured paper look).
- Accessories: 1 basic metal or ceramic cake stand and 2-3 artificial floral bunches.
Logistics
- Transport: Included for locations within 8km of HSR Layout/Bangalore South.
- Duration: Setup takes 90 minutes; rental covers one 3-4 hour event slot.

Backdrop
- Print: Custom 6x6 ft or 7x7 ft flex backdrop with high-quality theme graphics and specific name printing.
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR lights provided for backdrop illumination.
Balloon Arrangement
- Density: Lush organic garland running along 70% of the backdrop or in an L-shape.
- Type: Mix of Chrome (shiny), Pastel (matte), and foil theme balloons (approx. 400 count).
Props & Furniture
- Cutouts: 3-4 foam-board character cutouts (2ft-3ft height) placed near the cake table.
- Number Light: Rental of one LED Marquee Number indicating age.
