Fine Art & Creative Wedding Portraits
We move away from standard posing to capture your story. Using light, shadow, and intentional motion, these photos focus on the quiet, artistic moments of your day.

About Fine Art & Creative Portraits
To get this aesthetic, we often use controlled lighting setups—like Nanlite tubes or intentional slow shutter speeds—during your event. It is a deliberate process that works best when we have a quiet space to focus on the frame. If you want this style, let us look at the flow of your day and find the right time to step away from the crowd for fifteen minutes.
Beyond the Snapshot
Fine art photography is about atmosphere. Where traditional photography focuses on documentation, this approach is about emotion and texture. I use double exposures to layer memories and motion blur to convey the energy of a Sangeet night or the serenity of a pre-wedding shoot by the ghats.
The Process
My gear is minimal, but the technique is specific. I rely on Canon full-frame mirrorless systems and off-camera lighting to carve out light in difficult spaces. Whether we are in a high-energy Mumbai banquet hall or a quiet temple, I am looking for the way light falls on a face or the way a saree moves. This is not about standing in a line for a group shot; it is about finding that feeling of shanti (peace) amidst the chaos of your wedding.
How We Work
I travel across India, from the palaces of Rajasthan to the beaches of Goa. I usually work with a three-person team for these sessions—myself, a lighting assistant, and a second shooter—to ensure we have the flexibility to create these shots without disrupting your ceremony. If you have a specific vision, let us discuss how we can adapt these techniques to your venue and your unique story.
Glowwed Films
I am a storyteller who uses fine art photography to capture your quiet moments. I do not believe in staged, cheesy poses; instead, I use light and shadow to craft images that feel like a piece of art.
